保險業 高階管理課程 主講師
與一間保險公司進行培訓,對象乃前線分行經理級別以上,目標將於半年內再晉升,是次培訓目的如下:
一) 提升團隊人數
二) 強化積極進取態度之決心,從而增加管理行動力
三) 遇事解決能力的思考方式
四) 需要制訂系統化的方案
透過多次電話會議,傾談了解對象之需要及狀態,運用過去曾於保險培訓經驗中動機晤談法作介入,協助他們認識處理下線及自身的動機階段,才取經驗學習法方案及短講,從遊戲學習中認識系統化點子,也透過一連串喻意保險界的行為動機,強化行動力之決心。
從培訓日中看見他們女多男少,各人來自不同分區,認識不深,或未認識,熱身要有力但要讓各人短暫加速合作,互相分享對工作夢的肯定,要讓他們達致信任空間,先建構安全平台讓他們能暢所欲言,被免接受邀請式分享,要主動爭取,這個方案下了藥,特別再上午解說時及下午於活動中最能見效果,欣賞他們積極進取心態。
雖然是一天的活動,但一天也能改變什麼?
先從燃初心,發掘經理夢,要讓夢想啟航,分享活動中領悟,引發心態,放入現況中,再用動機唔談法,說出行為動機背後之理由,澄清及制造矛盾,認識自我中心價值,再從旁聽說互相影響價值觀,清楚行動力之因由,結合輔導原素外還需啟發思考,最後全人於充滿困難之中的活動,找出資源及障礙,從而走出門口的時候充滿決心為未來活得更好,更知道為什麼要努力。
要改變價值觀雖然不是容易的事,但從同輩同業同行者互相感染,是能夠衝擊內在,從而強化積極進取態度之決心,並提昇管理行動力。
