目標：完成後更有信心編織各種繩結，靈活應用於變幻的戶外各種場景 (非直壁)

Preparation​上課準備

1. 扁帶/3米長骨繩一條/8mm 30米行山
2. 檢查攝像頭及麥克風
3. 課前請去洗手間
4. 請勿亂按電腦鍵以免斷線
5. 設置安靜的學習環境如房間、書房等，課間請勿大聲喧嘩、隨意離開座位，如有需要可舉手向教練請示。
